CLASS DESCRIPTION:
Boxing – An intense cardio workout that encompasses a combination of boxing drills and conditioning exercises that are sure to get your blood pumping.
HIIT – High Intensity Interval Training uses high intensity workouts with short intervals and resting times to blast fat, strengthen your entire body and increase your fitness.
Pump It Up – A workout using a barbell and step to tone, strengthen and condition your body. With the addition of weights in this workout you’ll be sure to feel the burn.
Zumba– A fusion of Latin and international dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting and effective fitness system. The routine features interval training sessions with fast and slow rhythms and resistance training are combined to tone and sculpt your body while burning fat.
Pilates – A body conditioning routine that focuses on core strength and helps build flexibility.
Spin – This cycle class is a quick calorie burner performed on stationary bikes that uses a non-impact workout to build on endurance and strengthen your legs.
Step – An energizing, fat-burning workout using a step. It is an overall cardio workout that improves fitness, strength, condition and coordination.
Belly Dancing – A belly dance workout is a great way to burn calories and tone your core. It is a full body workout, and above all, it’s lots of FUN!
ABT – This class works purely to strengthen abs, butts and thighs. It uses a combination of strength and toning exercises that targets these common problem areas.
Circuit – A full body workout that works on a timer. It uses various props to work out all parts of the body whilst also incorporating cardio.
Rehab – A low intensity workout class designed for seniors, although anyone is welcome!
